- Does the cat enjoy being held/cuddled? ONLY on her terms! She tolerates being held but prefers not! She loves to make muffins on you in the morning and will lay next to you on the couch. Follows me everywhere. Is a free spirit most of the time.
- Does the cat enjoy being brushed? She will tolerate her back, neck and tail but no way her belly!
- Is the cat social with other cats? She loves to play with other cats does hiss at newbies but warms up very quickly.
- Is the cat social with people? She is a shadow in the corner then once she knows you are not a threat, she will come greet you.
- How confident is the cat? She is sooooo confident. Alpha female totally. She owns the household. Struts her stuff!! LOL
- Does the cat approach me when I enter the cattery? Alta lives in the home with us and is and will always be our beloved pet. When she is retired, she will continue to live with us.
- Does the cat approach strangers when they enter the house? Not immediately. She assesses you from afar then will approach once she feels like it.
- Does the cat climb into my lap and relax? Yes, when she wants to. Mostly first thing in the morning and in the evening. She is all day long near me! My shadow!!
